Duc de Foix - Brut Nature

MACABEU, XAREL•LO AND PARELLADA FROM OUR OWN D.O CAVA VINEYARDS

Produced following the traditional method, it has been aged in our Sant Sadurní d'Anoia cava.

Pale yellow colour with a good bubbles formation. It has fruity and aging aromas and in the mouth it is dry, pleasant and round.

Thanks to its qualities, this cava is perfect to pair with fish dishes, soft cheeses, rice, smoked food and as an aperitif.
